Returns and exchanges are welcome within 30 days of purchase for non-custom items — no worries, we want you to be happy! Please note that customized or personalized pieces are one-of-a-kind and can’t be returned or refunded.

Sending an Item Back
You’re in charge of the cost and safe return of your item. We strongly suggest using a trackable, insured mail service — our creations are special cargo, and we can’t be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

As soon as your return reaches us (or you share proof of delivery), we’ll get your refund rolling as fast as we can — promise!
